Born and raised in Kelowna and have over 40 years of experience in all forms of earthworks. Prior to starting Highmark I worked on civil projects varying in size from small to multi million dollar subdivisions for over 25 years. I then was employed by one of Canada’s largest environmental companies. My duties as general superintendent included handling of all aspects from estimating, developing specific work plans, and specific health and safety.  I have been involved with and over seen many remediation projects throughout BC and Saskatchewan.  Many of these projects were complex and required a design build and client specific work plan.  My combined civil and environmental experience allows flexibility, which is often required for project completion within budget and on time.
